The shipping costs of our online store are FREE in Peninsula and Balearic Islands from € 49.95. Shipments outside of Spain cost € 25 and are FREE from € 120.

Right of return of 15 days
From the moment you place your order, you have a period of 15 days to return it.
Remember that The item cannot be used and you must keep the labels, otherwise you will not be able to return it.
In the case of shoes or sneakers, you must send them with their original box.
We recommend you try on your shoes and walk in them on a soft, clean floor (eg a carpet).
In case you have paid the standard shipping costs, we will refund them if you return all the items in your order.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, you must log in with the account you registered with, once this is done, follow these steps:
1st Access the icon that appears at the top right (Next to the search engine magnifying glass)
2nd Access HISTORY AND DETAILS OF MY ORDERS.
3º Once inside, the word "will appear on the right hand side. DATA "and it is right there where you can finally return or exchange the pairs that you have purchased.
How to return an item
If you want to return an item sent by BIOLOGICSHOES, SL , these returns are made exclusively by CORREOS.
Log in, select the product you want to return and choose the return method you prefer.
We can pick it up at the address you provide. If you want us to pick up your order, you can select the date, but keep in mind that BIOLOGICSHOES, S.L. , may need up to 2 business days to process your request. Please, bear in mind that, if you do the return process online on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will not be able to pick up your package until Monday of the following week.
Prepare the package and deliver it to the courier
Paste the return label that we include with the order in the package. If the return label for your order is missing, print and paste the PDF label that you created at the end of the online return process. Close the package tightly and deliver it to the courier or to the collection point. For this last option it is also necessary that you register the return in your account, in this way the label will be active and your order can be registered at the point.
Once it reaches us, we will refund your money to the original form of payment. During the online process we will ask you for the details of a bank account to make a transfer.
Remember that it can take up to 10 working days from when you deliver the package until you receive the refund of your money.
In case you have paid standard shipping costs, we will refund them if you return all the items in your order.
